		<description>Finally. Finally. Someone (who actually has psych qualification) has recognized this for what I also believe it really is. People don't seem to remember that addiction can exist alongside mental illness and that drug and alcohol use can be furthered by confusion and shame about mental illness. Myabe it's the fact that her troubles have been public for so long and her behaviour did not come with the 'spontaneity' that Britney's did. Why were people so ok to talk about Britney and mental illness but with Lindasy it's just excess and entitlement? I have discussed this with a friend who suffers from Bipolar disorder for many years now. We have both summised that Lohan is probably mentally ill. Her interview with Elle magazine is heartbreaking and an example that this girl IS ill. I strongly suggest one read it if they haven't already.

What saddens me is that her parents show zero intention of seeing Lindsay as anything but a cash cow and so I doubt that they would want much time spent on helping her mental state. It doesn't matter what sort of mental state she is in for them. It's all about $$$$$$. Especially for her mother.</description>
